A sugar refining by-product turned crumpet topper!  A sticky celebration of an iconic kiwi brand -  Chelsea Golden Syrup - a tin which has made it's way into kitchens across New Zealand since 1884.  My Grandad has heaps of these tins lining his wood-workshops dusty shelves, holding everything from nails to screws, he must have eaten his fair share of the pale treacle.
